This is definitely a multi-use building at Oxford Graduate School. Of course, it houses the school's library. But, it also has separate study rooms, a reading lounge, and refreshment room.

Of course, it also has one of the classrooms. Because the distance learning graduate programs at OGS are so focused on research methodology there are many courses, every time you are in on-campus residency, on reading and research techniques. So, the best place to have these kinds of classes is in the library.
